Where have you been?

Well, not much has really happened with this website since it was originally launched. Why?

Oh, that little thing called a “global pandemic” lasted a whole lot longer than any of us wanted it to. TOO LONG!

I also had a very demanding corporate job that took most of my attention and therefore, I had very little time to invest here.

But deep down inside I have always wanted to do more with the idea of “We Like it on Top” than just share photos on Instagram. Even though I had very little time it was also a bit of an excuse. Honestly, I was a little bit scared. I was afraid to put the time, energy and money into something that could possibly fail.

I saw a quote a few days ago that said “Fear will kill more dreams than failure ever will” and so here we are!

I will be building out this website as a place for those who love the mountains to connect with each other and to improve their knowledge/skills.

How long will it take? I don’t know, but I know I am going to give it a try!
